After connecting the router, open a browser and visit the URL http://admin.vilfo.com/setup to go to the initial router setup.

NOTE: If a network is already set up via another router, an IP collision may occur. If this is the case, we recommend assigning the Vilfo router the local IP 10.220.0.1 with the subnet 255.255.0.0. This IP range is not in conflict with the IP range of the VPN network.

If there is no IP conflict, you will be taken directly to the Wi-Fi setup.

Enter your country, the desired SSID and the Wi-Fi password. You can also choose whether to the Wi-Fi is visible to the public and whether to use the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band.

Then click Continue.

In the next step, enter your email address and the Vilfo license key (included with the router), then click Continue.

Now create the admin account for the router. You can freely choose both name and password.

Then click Continue.

In the VPN provider selection, click on Perfect Privacy and then on Continue.

The configuration is now complete. Click Continue to dashboard.

In the dashboard under Pick Region, you can now select a location that you want to use. Then click on Connect.
